How do 100% online correspondence courses work?
Self-paced, built-in proctor, download PDF, study offline, take chapter quizzes and final exams online via built-in proctor tool, so no travel or additional expense! Access courses from any desktop, laptop, or tablet. Each chapter begins with Learning Objectives and Preview Questions. Exam topics are emphasized throughout the course. Download your course completion certificate upon passing final exam with grade of 70% or higher. Text books available for purchase.
How long does it take to receive my books?
Courses include a PDF/E-Book that may be downloaded immediately, there is no wait. You may purchase hard copies and pick them up at 7801 North Lamar Blvd Ste. F-9, Austin, TX 78752 or have them shipped to you. Books are typically shipped the next business day after purchase and are shipped via US Postal mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Can I pick my books up?
If I signup the day before my renewal is due, is this enough time to complete the course?
What happens if I run into a problem with registration or online test?

If I have to change my class dates, is there a penalty?
Do your classes ever cancel?
Very rarely, but due to lack of enrollment some classes do cancel. Typically these classes are renewal classes or classes offered on a non-traditional schedule. Qualifying, CE and Prep classes rarely cancel except in cases of an instructor emergency.
