The payment plan includes a 15% finance charge. Half of the total is due at checkout, with the remaining balance due in 30 days.

2. You may purchase hard copies at an additional cost. Purchased Books are shipped EVERY MONDAY and are shipped via US Postal mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

1. Be sure to go back through all your modules to ensure you selected the box that says “I certify to have read/received this content”. 
2. Double check that all modules show as completed in the sections above your current module.

The TREC Required Exam Schedule for 30-hour courses is as follows:

A student may not spend more than 12 hours per day on a course.

The course final exam cannot be accessed until the TREC-required amount of course hours has passed. This means a 30-hour course final exam cannot be accessed until 2.5 days after you begin that specific course.

    30 hours = Day 1 (12 hours), Day 2 (12 hours), Day 3 (6 hours)

• If you have purchased a package of 30-hour courses, each subsequent exam can be accessed 2.5 days after you finished the previous exam. Please see the chart below for the exam schedule.
• Use the time between exams to study and complete coursework in your other courses! 

• When an account is suspended, an email is automatically sent to you that explains the steps to reactivate your courses.
• Check your Inbox and spam/junk folders.
• Security question pop up boxes appear throughout your course work. You will must quickly and accurately answer the security question. If you walk away from your computer, it’s a good practice to log out to prevent getting suspended.

End of Chapter Quizzes

• Are open book and NOT timed
• Can be paused
• In the event you do not pass a quiz, you can retake it with no charge

End of Course Exams

• All Exams are to be proctored
• Exams are proctored with our unique facial recognition proctoring tool and your web camera
• Must be completed within 3 hours
• If the Exam is failed twice the student must retake the entire course and pass the exam with a 70% or higher
• Exams are closed-book

When you login to your Student account where your courses are located, watch the video titled “How to take your courses”. It’ll be on the right hand-side as shown in the picture below.

Principles I and II are 80% of the state exam

• FYI: 80% of the state exam questions come from the Principles I and II course content. Principles II is the State portion and Principles I is the National portion.

Learn the Leaning Objectives and the Preview Questions

• The Learning Objectives and the Preview Questions at the beginning of each chapter are test topics. LEARN THESE.

Do all the homework at the end of EACH chapter

• Doing all the homework at the end of each chapter will help you pass the state licensing exam!

Watch all the videos until you can explain them to someone else.

Answer all the end-of-chapter quiz questions

• Answer ALL quiz questions at the end of each chapter.
• These are all state exam topics.

EXAM PREP CRASH COURSE: KEEP PRACTICING until you score at least an 8O%

There are 3 Salesperson Practice exams at the end of the Exam Prep Crash Course. Do these over and over until you score at least 80% on each…then you are ready!

As of September 3, 2025, final exams for Texas Pre-Licensing and Salesman Apprentice Education (SAE) courses will no longer require proctoring. If you take your exam on or after that date, your exams will NOT be proctored.

You can complete your final exams in the comfort of your own home. To take your final exam, you will need a desktop computer or laptop and final exams are open book,

Please note that tablets, Chromebooks, and cell phones do not meet the requirements for testing.

Please note that for Pre-License students, the state licensing exam through Pearson VUE remains proctored as usual.
